No Negatives Today..

I'm sitting here this early morning looking out into my yard, watching the birds and the Squirrels and the Quail. It's so peaceful, so serene....
The past couple of days I've been sad and depressed due to circumstances beyond my control. Today I'm going to turn things around, I think the best thing for me today is to turn off my computer and have some peaceful Carol time. Time to reflect, time to make some decisions. Selfish isn't a word that's in my vocabulary but maybe I need to start being a little more selfish about my own needs.
